Monday, October 15: Rest day

Tuesday, October 16: PlyoXT- TapOutXT (killer workout, great cardio!)

Wednesday, October 17: 5 mile jog & walk at the park

Thursday, October 18: Legs and Back +Ultimate Abs TapOutXT

Friday, October 19: 5 miles on treadmill/ hour workout

Saturday, October 20: Sprawl and Brawl TapOutXT (strength and cardio incorporated into a great workout)

Had some really good workouts with TapOutXT, I love the workouts because the moves make all different parts of the body work and rely on the core! :)
