Thursday, November 29: 30 min run, I didn’t log the distance! Somewhere around 3 miles

Friday, November 30: 7 Mile Run

Saturday, December 1: 5 Mile Run

I’ve decided that the month of December I hope to run one hundred and twenty five miles by Christmas…it’s pretty doable and I enjoy running, so I hope I can do it! After all, that turkey and stuffing comes on thanksgiving again. It’s hard to work off a bad diet, so I know the mileage will help 😉
