My 2017 Fitness, Nutrition and Life Resolutions

Happy 2017 everyone! Somehow January is getting away so quick already! However, I am excited to share all of my 2017 resolutions with you! I have some big fitness and nutrition goals & a few life goals I want to tackle this year. Without a doubt, I know I will be able to accomplish them with great accountability, to you and myself. Here are the main ones below, and I have attached my Vlog elaborating on each of them individually & what I will do to achieve them! Do you have any goals for 2017? My 2017 Fitness, Nutrition, Life Resolutions: 

  1. Lose 10 Pounds in 2017 (5lbs by March 11 and 10lbs by June 19th)
  2. Implement more cardio each week (3 hours each week)
  3. Do core workouts routinely (3 – 10 minute sessions each week)
  4. Eat more micronutrient dense foods & Eliminate processed foods
  5. Create more exciting date night meals
  6. Revamp Social Media Platforms & Enhance My Brand
  7. Build My Nutrition and Fitness Online Training Business
  8. 1 Vlog a Week focusing on fitness/nutrition/life
  9. 1 Blog Post a month (Bigger goal: 1 every other week)
  10. Have open arms to Cincinnati Events & New Experiences
