I feel like homemade sandwiches are so underrated these days, they’re so good, no pun intended–health and taste wise! 🙂They’re best when you have really soft bread and ingredients complement each other so well. So, this afternoon I decided to make mine Michael Jackson style! I’ve never had a peanut butter and banana creme reese cup, sorry MJ, but I’m always down for a peanut butter and banana sandwich!
I decided I wanted to make an open sammie today. I think open sammie’s are better because you can savor all of the flavors of the sandwich!
Today’s salad had strawberries and grapes drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette! Yummy, I think It was a successful lunch. Why do you think peanut butter and bananas are good for you?
