One of my favorite things about sundays is going grocery shopping! When I go to the store I love looking at all the healthy products I can get. I get to look at all the different nutritional information and find out what will be best for my health. I love to look at all the new healthy snacks, but I try to make healthy choices so I know that I’m providing my body with essential vitamins and minerals! I try to make sure my choices have a good amount of protein and a bit of fiber so they keep me satisfied and full!
Here are just a few of my shopping staples, what are yours?

whole grains bagel thins (110 cal whole wheat)
great protein!Egg Whites (found right regular eggs)

crystal light water flavor because plain water can be boring
Bolthouse Yogurt blended dressings(45 calories per serving)
fiber Pop-corn (100 calories) mini bags
Almonds any flavor 100 cal packs
all natural-alexia- spicy sweet potato fries!
- String Cheese (good protein)
- Sliced Turkey(good protein)
- Salad makings
- Carrots/ Celery/Cucumbers
- Sabra Hummus
- Light and Fit Yogurt (i love all the flavors!)
- Strawberries/blueberries/ raspberries)
- cottage cheese/fiber one (good protein)
- Oranges and Pineapples
- TCBY frozen yogurt
- Fuji Apples
- Natural Peanut Butter(good protein)
Even though they may seem boring, pairing these items together can be quite delicious!
