Changing Directions

Screen Shot 2015-12-26 at 5.15.49 PMFirst of all, HAPPY HAPPY HOLIDAYS and Merry Christmas to those who
celebrate and I hope you are enjoying a wonderful, holiday with family, friends and laughter. I’m so happy to be home from school from a long fall semester and am feeling quite relaxed (thank goodness) enjoying family time, indulging in food, and having awesome workouts (fueled by chocolate and way too much peanut butter haha).

If you’ve followed my blog for a while, you may have noticed I have kept it focused on all things fitness and nutrition and motivation related. Each post usually has a specific topic, and I usually take a ton of time and effort into each of them. While I have always liked this sort of organization, I have found that I struggle with starting each post and it take more energy than I would like for each one, and they have become less frequent.

Maybe it’s because I have perfectionist tendencies (it definitely is lol), but I have decided 2016 is the year I want to be able to share more of my personal life through this blog. Each blog will still focus on my fit life, nutrition and recipes, but I want to share more and be more transparent through this platform about who I am, so you can get to know me and see how everything isn’t always peachy, I don’t always get my workouts in, I have stress and I’M HUMAN. lol. Therefore, my goal this year is to post at least once every two weeks, sharing my workouts, how my nutrition and meal plans are going, and more. I am also going to be vlogging once a week, CLICK HERE to check out and subscribe to my YouTube channel! You will still see dedicated topic posts– i’m sure, but you will definitely be seeing more about my lifestyle and events that come along with it.

Lastly, I have finally created my online training website here:  for customized transformation, fitness and nutrition programs. They will all be on SUPER SALE until January 3rd! They are all super affordable and have prices for everyone to afford because I understand what it’s like being short on cash (#BrokeCollegeStudentHere).

Anywho, I just thought I would update you, share that I am yes, still alive despite a grueling semester of work. I’ll be sharing my resolutions in a future post (shortly of course). Wishing you a wonderful rest of the year!

What are your resolutions for 2016?? Are there any specific topics you would like to see here?? Would love to hear any comments are suggestions you have 🙂
