My friend and I have been collaborating this past semester on an 8 week fitness and nutrition challenge starting on Monday, January 16th, 2017. (a great way to get ready for Spring Break and kick off the new year!) It’s open to men & women looking to get leaner & stronger & understand nutrition for their body type! This program is over 100 pages & is extremely thorough explaining exercise form and tips for success!

–>The 8 week training program: Includes 4 training days & changes every 2 weeks to improve your strength and increase your caloric burn throughout the workouts. You will be given a workout tracker, an exercise index and access to the Body By Hoosiers Instagram account to watch videos and understand proper form of each exercise.

–>8 Week Nutrition Program: Recommendations based on gender and height. You will receive detailed information on calories and macronutrients to understand how to fuel your body with proper nutrition. You will be provided a chart to track your nutrition each day, along with tips to stay accountable! The guide also includes sample meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.

Leanne’s excitement for health and fitness stemmed from experience in sports and group exercise. She dove into strength training when coming to college and hasn’t looked back.
